Poke Burger

Servings: 4 people

INGREDIENTS

    r

  • 4 hamburger patties
  • r

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • r

  • 5 oz frozen shrimp
  • r

  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • r

  • 2 avocados sliced
  • r

  • 4 fresh pineapple rings
  • r

  • 2 Tbsp peanut sauce
  • r

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • r

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • r

  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • r

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • r

  • rshredded lettuce
  • r

  • rsalt
  • r

  • rpepper
  • r

INSTRUCTIONS

    r

  1. Thaw, rinse and drain shrimp and combine in bowl with honey, soy sauce and garlic powder and mix well.
  2. r

  3. Fry shrimp with olive oil over medium heat until opaque. Remove from pan.
  4. r

  5. Using same pan, sauté mushrooms until caramelized/golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. r

  7. Grill pineapple. Season patties with salt, pepper and garlic powder and grill to desired doneness.
  8. r

  9. Spread peanut sauce on each bun and add shredded lettuce. Place grilled patty on bun and top with a grilled pineapple ring. Place 1/2 of a sliced avocado on top of pineapple. Place 1/4 sautéed shrimp into on top of avocado.Add the top bun and enjoy!
