- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Cut your peppers into large slices and spoon in the ground beef.
- Add toppings (avocado, jalapenos, tomatoes, cheese) like you would on nachos.
- Heat the dish in the oven until the cheese is melted. Add a dollop of sour cream.
