Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounce Osadia Reposado Tequila
- 1 ounce St. George spiced pear liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce bottled gum syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 ounce pinot noir
- Jarred clove powder
- Jarred ground cinnamon
- Rosemary sprig, lightly toasted
- (optional garnish)
Directions:
To a shaker tin, add the tequila, spiced pear liqueur, lemon juice, gum syrup, egg white, a pinch of clove powder and three pinches of cinnamon. Shake vigorously for approximately 10 seconds. To the tin, add enough ice to fill a rocks-style glass; cover and shake vigorously for an additional 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the glass containing ice. Gently pour into the glass the pinot noir as a float on the top layer of the drink. If desired, garnish with a rosemary sprig. Serve.
