Joe Bell, interviewed in our January article “Fitness for Life”, is the fitness director at Cowboys Fit located at The Star in Frisco. Mr. Bell currently resides in Lake Dallas and is married to his wife, Ivy, and they have a 14-month-old son, Ethan. During his time with Cowboys Fit, he has been voted Most Valuable Trainer, he is a 3x member of the 100K Club and was voted Fitness Team Captain. In addition to his personal trainer certification, he has a variety of other certifications, including Neurokinetic Therapy, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist and Certified Precision Nutrition Coach. When asked what Mr. Bell loves most about his job at Cowboys Fit, he replied, “I absolutely love the people; I love my colleagues and mentors and our amazing members. They are the reason I do what I do.”

Mr. Bell had his own personal weight loss journey; he lost over 50 pounds before becoming a fitness professional. He continues to live a healthy lifestyle and loves coaching others to help them better themselves. “There is a place you can go where others are also working on their health and are getting coaching to better themselves. My team and I are here to help in whatever way you need us.” Locally, Mr. Bell loves to visit the Frisco Rail Yard with his family. He enjoys the amazing family-friends atmosphere and community Frisco offers.
