Build Your Own Pizza Casserole

Tasty and unique pizza casserole recipe from Frisco Style Magazine

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 8 people

INGREDIENTS

    r

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • r

  • 1 chopped onion
  • r

  • 1 clove(s) minced garlic
  • r

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • r

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • r

  • 2 26 oz. jar(s) spaghetti sauce
  • r

  • 16 ounce(s) rotini pasta
  • r

  • 4 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • r

  • 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • r

  • rsliced pepperonis
  • r

  • rolives optional
  • r

  • rjalapenos optional
  • r

  • rmushrooms optional
  • r

  • rgreen peppers optional
  • r

INSTRUCTIONS

    r

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. r

  3. Brown your ground beef with the onion, garlic, oil and seasoning. Stir in the pasta, spaghetti sauce, two cups of mozzarella cheese and one cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. r

  5. Pour the mixture in a casserole dish.
  6. r

  7. Add your remaining cheese to the top of the mixture. Cover it with the pepperonis and any additional toppings you would like to add.
  8. r

  9. Bake the dish for about 30 minutes.
