Kir De España

A refreshing and sweet cocktail with fresh orange juice & orange peel rose garnish

Featured Spirit: Tequila
Technique: Shake | Double Strain

Ingredients:
2 oz. Tequilla
0.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
0.75 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Orange Juice
2 Dash Peychauds
1 Mint Twig, for garnish
1 Orange Peel Rose, for garnish

Build:
-Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin
-Shake to chill and dilute
-Double strain into chilled coupe
-Garnish with orange peel rose and mint
