INGREDIENTS

- 3 oz tuna steak x4
- 4 buns
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (or canola)
- 1 bag broccoli/cauliflower slaw
- 1-2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 tsp coriander (or 1/4 tsp cumin)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

- Cover tuna steaks with soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper. Marinate in a container or bag for 10 minutes.
- Mix broccoli slaw, seasame oil, bal- salmic vinegar and sesame seeds in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix mayo and spices in a small bowl and set aside.
- Toast the buns.
- Heat a medium skillet on medium high until hot. Sear tuna for 2.5 minutes on each side for medium rare (2 on each side for rare or 3 on each side for medium).
- Prepare sandwiches as shown.
