Children’s Medical Center of Plano is this year’s recipient of the Serving Customers Award. For more than 100 years, Children’s Health has made life better for children across North Texas, serving families to provide the highest level of care and treatment possible.
The Children’s Health system includes Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, as well as Children’s Medical Center Plano, multiple specialty centers, Children’s Health Pediatric Group primary care practices, the Children’s House rehabilitation facilities, home health, physician services and the Children’s Medical Center Research Institute at UT Southwestern.
Children’s Medical Center in Plano’s campus is anchored by a 72-bed, full-service hospital, complete with a Specialty Center in Plano, located adjacent to the hospital. The Child Life program, an additional initiative designed for customers, provides services for children of all ages, helping them cope with the hospital and preparing them emotionally for invasive surgery and all of the surrounding procedures.
