INGREDIENTS
- 20 jalapenos halved
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Smoked Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- green onion to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the jalapeños lengthwise, remove the seeds and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except for the blue cheese crumbles) for the filling.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the filling into each jalapeño half and then top them with the blue cheese crumbles.
- Place the jalapeños on the indirect heat side of the grill. Cook the jalapeño poppers for about eight minutes.
