Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Poppers

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 jalapenos halved
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Smoked Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • green onion to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the jalapeños lengthwise, remove the seeds and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except for the blue cheese crumbles) for the filling.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling into each jalapeño half and then top them with the blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Place the jalapeños on the indirect heat side of the grill. Cook the jalapeño poppers for about eight minutes.
