Instructions
  1. Thaw, rinse and drain shrimp and combine in bowl with honey, soy sauce and garlic powder and mix well.
  2. Fry shrimp with olive oil over medium heat until opaque. Remove from pan.
  3. Using same pan, sauté mushrooms until caramelized/golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill pineapple. Season patties with salt, pepper and garlic powder and grill to desired doneness.
  5. Spread peanut sauce on each bun and add shredded lettuce. Place grilled patty on bun and top with a grilled pineapple ring. Place 1/2 of a sliced avocado on top of pineapple. Place 1/4 sautéed shrimp into on top of avocado.Add the top bun and enjoy!
