- 2 (10 oz.) package(s) frozen, chopped spinach
- 2 (8 oz.) package(s) cream cheese softened
- 2 cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small, white onion chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can(s) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 2 (10 oz.) can(s) Rotel
- 2 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

Instructions
- Drain cooked spinach. Combine spinach, cream cheese and remaining ingredients; stir well.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips!
