Kylie Moore is a local millennial who works in the title industry at Chicago Title. She is a marketing and sales rep, so she brings in new business, sustains current business and provides value to customers through educational events, networking opportunities and marketing assistance.
There are things she wishes other generations understood about millennials. “Ambitious millennials are looking for mentors or coaches either directly or indirectly related to their career goals. Having someone to brainstorm with and learn about a career from is so important to feeling proactive and inspiring growth. If you see a millennial with talent or ambition, ask them if they have someone they can turn to for advice,” she says.
