INGREDIENTS

- 4 hamburger patties
- 4 hamburger buns
- 5 oz frozen shrimp
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 avocados sliced
- 4 fresh pineapple rings
- 2 Tbsp peanut sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- rshredded lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS

- Thaw, rinse and drain shrimp and combine in bowl with honey, soy sauce and garlic powder and mix well.
- Fry shrimp with olive oil over medium heat until opaque. Remove from pan.
- Using same pan, sauté mushrooms until caramelized/golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill pineapple. Season patties with salt, pepper and garlic powder and grill to desired doneness.
- Spread peanut sauce on each bun and add shredded lettuce. Place grilled patty on bun and top with a grilled pineapple ring. Place 1/2 of a sliced avocado on top of pineapple. Place 1/4 sautéed shrimp into on top of avocado.Add the top bun and enjoy!
