Mary Shaw, interviewed in our article “RoboKind Leading the Way,” is the Director of Content and Professional Development at RoboKind and a member of the Forbs Technology Council. Moreover, Mrs. Shaw has been a resident of Frisco for more than twenty years and volunteers her time by mentoring new teachers and new school district administrators.
Additionally, Mrs. Shaw believes she can change the education system for the better. “I stand for change, for what’s right, for kids and educators. I believe EVERY child can learn and every teacher can be empowered and equipped to teach EVERY child. I believe education affords me the opportunity to do just that for our kiddos and our teachers.” Whenever Mrs. Shaw is not working towards improving the community, Mrs. Shaw enjoys cooking and making new spice blends to add more pizzaz to her food.
