Delicious beef tenderloin recipe from Frisco Style

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
- 6 pound(s) beef tenderloin trimmed
- 3 tablespoon(s) garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) herbs of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

- Combine ingredients for marinade.
- Place tenderloin in a deep pan or large zip lock bag. Pour marinade over the tenderloin. Turn tenderloin in order to coat with marinade.
- Marinate overnight.
- Remove tenderloin from marinade. Discard marinade.
- Grill the whole tenderloins on a hot grill until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees. Remove from grill. Let the meat rest for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
- Serve 6 oz. portions for entrée.
