in Arts+Entertainment
The third-annual Frisco Uncorked food and wine festival is scheduled from noon-7 p.m. April 30 at Frisco Square, 8843 Coleman Blvd.
The event, presented by H-E-B, is slated to feature 21 wineries and 15 area restaurants including Frisco eateries Lombardi Cucina Italiana, The Common Table, Gidi Bar & Grill and Jake's Burgers & Beers.

Grape-stomping competitions, live music and shopping opportunities are also scheduled. Attendees may sample culinary and beverage creations by chefs and mixologists in the Monogram Luxury Appliances Culinary Experience Tent.

Ticket packages for Frisco Uncorked include a Wine + Food Tasting Pass ($70). In addition to an event wine glass, the pass includes 20 wine-tasting tickets and a “foodie pass” to sample cuisine from 15 restaurants. It also grants admittance to the H-E-B culinary tent where a chef and culinary team will present food and wine pairings.
The $40 Wine Tasting Pass also included an event wine glass and 20 wine-tasting tickets, while the Food Tasting Pass ($40) includes tastings from 15 restaurants and access to the H-E-B culinary tent.
