Grilled Whole Beef Tenderloin
Delicious beef tenderloin recipe from Frisco Style
ground black pepper
red wine vinegar
herbs of your choice
Combine ingredients for marinade.
Place tenderloin in a deep pan or large zip lock bag. Pour marinade over the tenderloin. Turn tenderloin in order to coat with marinade.
Remove tenderloin from marinade. Discard marinade.
Grill the whole tenderloins on a hot grill until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees. Remove from grill. Let the meat rest for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
Serve 6 oz. portions for entrée.
