Since moving to Frisco in 2006, Gary Carley has served in various capacities for the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce, the EDC Board and Frisco’s Community Development Corporation Board.
Mr. Carley’s latest journey began in August 2017, when he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Just 16 days after his diagnosis, he was in remission as a result of the doctor’s excellent treatment plan. Mr. Carley received a bone marrow transplant from his brother who, miraculously, was a 12 out of 12 donor match. His body accepted his brother’s bone marrow 100 percent.
Mr. Carley is busy getting back to his schedule and continuing to serve the community. Thank you for all you do for Frisco, Mr. Carley!
